HomeStash Return and Refund Policy

At HomeStash, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. Please review our policy below regarding refunds for defective or damaged items.

1. Refunds for Defective or Damaged Products

  • If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to request a refund.
  • We require photo proof of the defect or damage. Please include clear images showing the issue to expedite the review process.
  • If approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Non-Returnable Policy

  • For your convenience, we do not require you to return the defective item. Once the refund is processed, you may keep or dispose of the item as you see fit.
  • Returns are not accepted for reasons other than defects or damage upon arrival. All other sales are considered final.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable.

4. Fulfillment

  • Our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners. Please allow 10–20 business days for delivery. In the rare case of a delivery issue, reach out to our support team, and we will work with you to resolve it promptly.

  • No Scraping or Copying: Users are strictly prohibited from scraping, copying, or modifying any content on the HomeStash website.

Any instance of harassment or harmful behavior will lead to an investigation, and we will take all reasonable measures to protect our users.

HomeStash reserves the right to deny access to any user who violates these Terms.

4. Product Information & Pricing

We aim to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel or refuse orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price.

Minor discrepancies may occur in product descriptions, colors, or materials due to manufacturing and display variations. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by such minor discrepancies.

5. Order and Payment Terms

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Payments are accepted through credit card processing on the Shopify "Shop" app.
  • Order Limits & Cancellations: HomeStash reserves the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion. In the event of cancellation, the customer will be notified, and any applicable refunds will be issued promptly.
  • Cart Price Changes: Product prices are subject to change. Prices in the shopping cart at the time of purchase may reflect such adjustments.

6. Shipping, Delivery, & Fulfillment

HomeStash products are available for shipping within North America only. While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur. Orders delayed by more than two weeks past the estimated delivery date are eligible for a full refund upon request.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the delay or error is on our part. HomeStash is not liable for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, customs processing, or third-party logistics issues.

7. Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

We currently offer refunds only for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item, providing clear photo evidence of the defect.

Once the defect is confirmed, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the HomeStash website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and other materials, is protected by intellectual property laws and is owned by or licensed to HomeStash. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.

Users may not reuse, republish, or reproduce customer reviews or user-generated content without explicit permission from HomeStash. Content posted by users is protected under our anti-harassment policy, and any violation of this policy may result in restricted site access.

9. Limitation of Liability

HomeStash is committed to providing high-quality products and services, but errors may occur. HomeStash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from product use, delays, or technical issues.

As a small business, we rely on the understanding and goodwill of our customers regarding any potential errors or delays. We encourage customers to reach out directly if any issues arise, and we will work in good faith to address and resolve them.

10. User-Generated Content & Reviews

Users may post reviews and comments on HomeStash products, provided the content is respectful and adheres to our guidelines. We reserve the right to remove or edit any content that violates our standards, including inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content.

By posting reviews or content, you grant HomeStash a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and share this content on our website and social media, with appropriate credit.

HomeStash reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage users to review these Terms periodically for updates.

No significant changes will be made without email notification to registered users. By continuing to use our site after modifications, users agree to the updated Terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France and the European Union (EU). Any disputes arising from these Terms or related to the HomeStash website or products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in France.

HomeStash Shipping Policy

At HomeStash, we’re committed to delivering a smooth and dependable shipping experience. Please review the information below to learn about our shipping practices, processing times, and policies regarding delivery.

1. Processing Times

Each of our products has a unique processing time, depending on availability and other factors. Please refer to the product description on each item’s page for specific processing times. Generally, our processing times range from 1 to 5 business days.

Once an order is processed, it is prepared for shipment, after which it will be dispatched according to the shipping times below.

2. Shipping Times

  • We currently offer shipping within North America only.
  • Estimated shipping times are as follows:
    • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

While we strive to meet these timelines, please note that delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order’s delivery time exceeds two weeks beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is included in the price of each product, and there are no additional shipping fees at checkout. You’ll see “Free Shipping” reflected at checkout, and there will be no extra costs for delivery.

4. Delivery Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery progress of your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to North American addresses. Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill orders outside of this region at this time.

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we rely on third-party carriers for shipping. Therefore, delays due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen events may occasionally occur. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.

If your order experiences a significant delay beyond the expected delivery timeframe, please reach out to our support team, and we will investigate the situation.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with our shipping partners to investigate and assist you in locating your order.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
  • Stolen Packages: While we cannot be held responsible for stolen packages, please reach out to us if you believe your package was stolen, and we will do our best to assist you.

HomeStash accepts credit card payments through the Shopify "Shop" app exclusively. Orders will be processed only after successful payment verification. We do not accept other payment methods at this time.

3. Pricing & Promotions

All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Any discounts, promotions, or special offers are valid only within the specified timeframe and cannot be applied retroactively. Prices are final at the time of purchase, and any subsequent price changes will not affect completed transactions.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. In the event you need to cancel, please contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist within the guidelines of our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
  • Modifications: If you wish to make any changes to an order, please reach out to our team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but modifications cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

6. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer

The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery, even if a third-party carrier is used for shipping. If your product arrives defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item with photo evidence of the defect. Customers with eligible claims may receive a full refund as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Our refunds, returns, and exchanges policy is limited to defective or incorrect items. Refunds will be issued only if a product arrives damaged or incorrect, and clear photo evidence is provided within 14 days of receiving the item. Returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time.
